Our Retailed Network
OM Group operates 5 service stations across Western Australia.
We use a multi-brand strategy across Metro Petroleum and Caltex. This gives commercial flexibility when structuring supply and site agreements.
We operate under three models
Company Owned
We own and operate the site directly. We manage staff, supply, and daily operations.
Commission Agent
An operator runs the store under commission. We manage fuel supply and branding. The agent focuses on site operations.
Reseller
The site owner purchases fuel from us and runs the business independently. We supply. They operate.
Our operating knowledge comes from running sites ourselves.
Fuel Supply & Distribution
OM Group operates in-house fuel distribution under SSV.
This gives us control over logistics from terminal to forecourt.
We are a preferred supplier for Metro Petroleum in Western Australia. We can arrange supply for partner sites inside or outside our network.
This structure provides supply certainty and operational flexibility.
